Whitney Webb is an independent investigative journalist of the highest caliber who is well known for covering stories regarding the deep state and their future plans for us peons.

Several years ago there was a ramping up of propaganda regarding large scale cyber attacks on U.S. infrastructure and financial systems. Along with that we heard about a proposal for an internet drivers license; a proof of identity requirement before being allowed to access the web. According to Webb, several extremely worrying players are now positioned to satisfy various agendas, including the quest for a digital ID which would be willingly accepted by much of the public as a result of large-scale cyber attacks on the U.S. financial and healthcare systems, as well as the internet and infrastructure. These cyber attacks, if they occur, will of course be blamed on one or more trumped-up threats, likely including Russia, China and/or Iran, while the real orchestrates, Israeli and U.S. intelligence, will be the ones pushing the buttons, as usual.
