All (or at least some) of your conspiracy questions answered!

The answers given to questions here are a result of my research over a period of roughly 25 years. Many subjects i've researched only lightly, but enough to reach reasonably solid conclusions that satisfy me. Others i have researched deeply, sometimes spending years, albeit at a casual pace or intermittently.

Q: Are we being visited by aliens?

A: The evidence dictates that, yes, we are, and possibly have been for a very long time, centuries prior to the Roswell incident. The question is, why? Oh, and if you happen to see a UFO, don't assume it's 'theirs'. See also the Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive.

Q: Is Bob Lazar the real deal?

A: Lazar has claimed for decades that he once worked on reverse engineering a power and propulsion system on what he claims was a captured alien vehicle at S-4, a section of what is commonly known as Area 51. Many people have lent credibility to his story, particularly regarding element 115 which was not yet synthesized at the time, and which Lazar says was used to generate power for the vehicle's 3 gravity wave amplifiers, however there is also substantial evidence which discredits Lazar's story (more here and here). While i have near-zero doubt that alien vehicles have been captured and reverse engineered, his story is terribly troublesome. He stated in an interview that his security clearance was many levels above the highest granted to civilians. I think one has to wonder how a guy with a criminal record, a pile of debt and an unstable family life (adultery, murder) could have possibly been granted a security clearance for anything, much less to work at one of the more secure bases in the U.S..

Q: Does Bigfoot exist?

A: A species of large, bipedal, primate-like animals does indeed exist, at least throughout the United States and southern Canada. All of the photographic, audio, eyewitness, DNA and hair sample evidence, of which there is plenty, need not be considered in order to prove the existence of the species. The strongest evidence seems to be the footprint casts which were made by people across the U.S. long before the internet existed and who are not known to have had contact with each other. Many of these casts share a key relationship regarding the expected width-length ratios as the animal's foot grows in size. Some of the casts also indicate a bone structure which is unique to primates, as well as dermal ridges. An excellent, unbiased primer on the subject is Sasquatch: Legend Meets Science (2003). Most states in the U.S. have Bigfoot research organizations if you care to join one (i would not recommend the BFRO however).

Q: Was Gary Webb "suicided"?

A: For those that don't know of Gary, he was an investigative journalist who famously exposed connections between the CIA and drug trafficking, particularly in Los Angles during the height of the crack cocaine epidemic. Gary wrote a series of articles under the title Dark Alliance roughly 10 years after the Iran-Contra affair which occurred during the Ronald Reagan administration. Reagan wanted to fund the Contras, however Congress refused and so the CIA found other ways to fund its private war. Nearly everyone assumes Gary was murdered due to the fact that there were two bullet entry wounds to his head, both near his right ear, however it appears that his death was a genuine suicide for which he made extensive preparations. Michael Ruppert provides details in his article, Dispelling the Rumors: Gary Webb's Death Confirmed As Suicide.

Q: Was Michael Ruppert "suicided"?

A: Mike Ruppert's death was indeed a genuine suicide, an ending he prepared for carefully. For those who don't know of him, Ruppert caused quite a stir during a public meeting at a Los Angles high school when he accused the CIA of drug trafficking in the presence of John Deutch, then director of the CIA who was in attendance. The significance of the director of the CIA attending a public meeting in a high school should not be underestimated. Deutch was apparently forced to resign his position after the affair which was broadcast by C-SPAN. Ruppert's work in this area was influenced by Gary Webb.

Q: Was Phil Schneider "suicided"?

A: For those who don't know him, Phil Schneider claimed to have engaged in an underground gunfight with aliens while excavating a Deep Underground Military Base (DUMB) in the Dulce, New Mexico area. While Phil's story is wild to an extreme, there is evidence to suggest it may be authentic, both in his body language during his presentations and the circumstances regarding his death which was initially ruled as a result of natural causes and later as suicide. Somehow the coroner missed the fact that there was a rubber ligature around Phil's neck along with evidence that he was severely beaten. These observations were made after the family had the body exhumed to have a 2nd autopsy preformed.

Q: Was Marilyn Monroe "suicided"?

A: The evidence suggests she was. Bobby Kennedy, who she had apparently been having an affair with, was connected to her death by both an LAPD detective and the FBI, though i find it difficult to believe he actually had her killed. It is interesting to note however that Bobby was allegedly a rear seat passenger in a car that was stopped for speeding by police officer Lynn Franklin on the night that Marilyn died, not far from her home. When the officer asked the driver, actor Peter Lawford, why he was speeding, Lawford stated he was trying to get the Attorney General to the Hilton to pick up his luggage because he had to leave town. When the officer told Lawford that he had passed the Hilton exit 2 miles ago, Kennedy allegedly directed the comment, "you stupid ass", at Lawford. Franklin provided this testimony when he was interviewed for the 2016 documentary film, Marilyn Monroe Declassified.

Q: Is MKULTRA real?

A: Of course. You can glean some information about the program on the CIA's own website. While the CIA claims the program was abandoned long ago, it is infinately more likely that it was re-branded and still continues today, perhaps as part of another program. Many people think, and there is indeed convincing evidence to suggest, that Sirhan Bishara Sirhan was hypnotically programmed to kill Robert Kennedy, though he was clearly a patsy and not the actual assassin. The fact that Sirhan is still in prison, continually denied parole and not accessible to hypnotists who could perhaps reveal evidence of his programming, is revealing in itself.

Q: Did the CIA really have a "heart attack" gun?

A: Yes, and there were multiple versions of it. You can view the Church Committee testimony during which the gun, which fired poison darts, was displayed and described. Q: Was Princess Diana murdered?

A: Almost certainly. The white Fiat Uno and the flashing light in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel, both of which were reported by witnesses, are crucial pieces of evidence that the crash was not an accident as was claimed. The flashing light may have been a "dazzler" used by the assailants to disorient Henri Paul, the driver, who was not drunk as is often claimed, while the driver of the Fiat apparently collided with Diana's car, forcing it into the 13th pillar of the tunnel. There is also evidence that the car may have been tampered with prior to the crash, as well as the alleged Mishcon note in which Diana wrote "This particular phase in my life is the most dangerous - my husband is planning 'an accident' in my car, brake failure & serious head injury in order to make the path clear for him to marry Tiggy.". In 2004, Hasnat Ahmad Khan gave the following statement to police: "One day, in 1995, I had finished work and bumped into Diana outside the hospital. She had been visiting Mr Toffolo and was in her black Audi. She offered me a lift, but I declined because I only lived a stone's throw away. [...] I next saw her in a car just a couple of months later, maybe around December. It was a different one to the Audi. I think it was a BMW. I asked her what had happened to the Audi as it was such a lovely car. She told me that the brakes had been tampered with so she decided to change the car.".

Q: Was the 2020 U.S. presidential election rigged?
A: Evidence suggesting that the 2020 Trump-Biden presidential election was rigged is quite literally overwhelming. While both voter fraud and election fraud are commonplace in U.S. "elections", the shear scale of the fraud that occurred during this particular election, much of it revolving around the mail-in ballots, set a new record. The documentary film, 2000 Mules, provides a comprehensive and forensic insight into the mail-in ballot fraud which was just one part of the election rigging that occurred. On a side note, although i live in a Democrat controlled state, the ratio of Trump verses Biden campaign signs prior to the election was roughly 10:1 and when i talked to a few long-haul truck drivers, they said they saw essentially the same thing across the nation. And no, i am not a Trump supporter, however i do understand why so many people voted for him.

Q: Is the Q-anon phenomenon real?
A: No, but it's a great example of how gullible some people are.

Q: Who shot JFK?

A: Probably the same people that killed his brother, Bobby. Along with U.S. intelligence, the evidence clearly points to Israeli involvement. As far as who actually did the shooting, i've never found any concrete evidence, but it certainly was not Lee Oswald. There appears to have been multiple teams involved and James Files, pictured above, is a potential candidate for the 'grassy knoll' gunman and the fatal head shot, however assets from Corsica may also have been present. What we do know for certain is that Israel had multiple motives for wanting both Kennedys eliminated. Q: Was JFK killed because he threatened to end the war in Vietnam?
A: The short answer is, no, almost certainly not. A general consensus seems to exist which posits that Kennedy, via National Security Action Memorandum 263, popularized in Oliver Stone's film, JFK, intended to bring an end to the war in Vietnam, however the text of this very brief document, when considered along with the several statements made by both John and Robert, indicates that neither had any intention whatsoever of pulling out of Vietnam. Furthermore, NSAM 263 only called for a reduction of 1000 troops of the approximately 16,000 stationed there.

The Kennedy's saw a Communist South Vietnam as a virus that would spread among the region and thus the intention of the administration was to gradually withdraw a portion of U.S. personnel as they could be replaced by South Vietnamese forces once they were trained. Q: Who shot RFK?

A: Again, Israel was likely involved. There is no doubt that Bobby intended to re-open the investigation into his brothers death and that could have caused problems regarding U.S.-Israel relations, and potentially a lot more damage. What we do know, or at least can be quite confidant of, is that Sirhan did not shoot Robert and that the man who actually fired the shot that killed him was Thane Eugene Cesar, his bodyguard, whom multiple witnesses saw unholster his gun, at least one of which saw him fire it. The clip-on tie laying next to Kennedy in the image above is that of Cesar's.

Q: Who shot MLK?
A: Contrary to the official nonsensical "lone nut" fairy tale that Martin Luther King was shot by James Earl Ray, it was actually Frank Strausser who pulled the trigger according to Dr. William Pepper who knew King personally and has been working the case ever since the assassination.

Q: What killed the Dyatlov Pass hikers?

A: The Dyatlov Pass incident is a very intriguing case where 9 young Soviet hikers lost their lives in the Ural mountains in 1959 due to "an unknown compelling force". Both conspiratorial and conventional theories regarding their deaths permeate the case, including Bigfoot, the Soviet military, UFOs and an avalanche, however Donnie Eicher makes an odd, yet evidence-backed case for infra-sound being the culprit in his book, Dead Mountain: The Untold True Story of the Dyatlov Pass Incident. While the infra-sound theory may not sound all that plausible, pun intended, it makes more sense to me than all the other theories i have considered, most of which Eicher addresses in his book. Q: Was there Jewish Holocaust?

A: Isn't it interesting that, when we hear the word holocaust, we first think of the alleged extermination of 6 million Jews, which didn't happen, as opposed to real genocides in which many more were killed.

If we twist the definition of 'holocaust' to mean the intentional genocide of Jewish people by Adolf Hitler during World War II, then there is no proof of such a mass extermination program, nor is there any proof that homicidal gas chambers existed in any of the concentration, transit, or labor camps throughout German occupied Europe. While it is shockingly easy to discover these facts, the subject is so taboo, and people (in the west at least) have been so thoroughly indoctrinated with the '6 million' myth, that many simply refuse to consider any evidence which obliterates the official narrative. Reaching a conclusion regarding the alleged homicidal gas chambers of World War II was probably the easiest bit of research i have done and that journey began after viewing a documentary by David Cole.

Q: Do Jewish people control the U.S. Government?

Q: Are humans the cause of global warming?

A: While we are certainly destroying the environment through pollution, waste and resource usage, there is no consensus among climate scientists as to whether human activity is significantly impacting climate. One clue that something is amiss is the fact that "global warming" has been re-branded as "climate change", which is of course all the climate does or will do. The massive 2009 data leak from the Climatic Research Unit, commonly known as Climategate, was a huge blow to the global warming alarmists. James Corbett, an independent researcher, documentary film maker and author, has done a great deal of research on the subject including many interviews with people who are very knowledgeable on the subject. Q: Did 'hairspray' cause a hole in the ozone layer?
A: The alleged destruction of Earth's ozone layer was yet another instance of fear-porn (problem-reaction-solution) drummed up to keep the public pliable and enrich vested interests, however this subject isn't one i spent much time researching. Q: Are "chemtrails" really a thing?

A: Absolutely. As with any conspiracy, whether proven or alleged, the subject of chemtrails is littered with disinformation and misinformation, much of it spread by lunatics like Alex Jones, however aerosol programs have existed since the late 1940s. During the Vietnam war cloud seeding was used in an attempt to make the Ho Chi Minh Trail impassable. Currently several states in the U.S. have, or are attempting to ban the practice. Chemtrails have resulted in elevated levels of aluminum, a powerful neurotoxin also found in vaccines, barium, strontium, titanium and other metals being detected in air, water and ground samples. Q: Do viruses exist?

A: Certainly not as defined by virology, no. There is no evidence that anyone, ever, has properly identified a virus, much less proven that transmission is possible. Cowan, MD, and Sally Fallon Morell, and Virus Mania, 3rd edition, by Torsten Engelbrecht, Claus Köhnlein, MD, Dr. Samantha Bailey, MD, and Dr. Stefano Scoglio. Q: What really happened at Ruby Ridge?
A: Long story short, Randy Weaver, a white separatist (not to be confused with a racial supremacist) and Special Forces veteran, got involved with the Aryan Nations, a white supremacist group, which had been infiltrated by U.S. law enforcement. A very shady paid informant then illegally entrapped Randy, who was short of money, by convincing him over a period of many months to shorten the barrels of 2 shotguns. The end result was the murder of Randy's wife, Vicki, his son, Sam, the family dog, and the wounding of both he and a close family friend, Kevin Harris, by federal authorities. The feds shot the family dog in the immediate vicinity of Sam which is what sparked the incident. In the end, both Randy and Kevin were rightfully acquitted of all major charges and were later awarded a pile of money after winning a civil case against the government. Q: What really happened at Jonestown?

A: Jim Jones created a religious cult which he eventually moved to the jungle near Guyana, South America. On November 18, 1978, a very paranoid and drugged-up Jones decided that his 900+ followers ought to commit suicide by consuming a cyanide laced drink. While some people seem to have ingested the poisonous cocktail voluntarily, evidence strongly suggests that many were shot with firearms, strangled, or forcefully injected with cyanide in their back. While such wacky behavior is not uncommon in a cult environment, there are many unanswered questions regarding the Jonestown Massacre and links to the CIA. For example, some of the huge stockpile of drugs that were found were apparently the same as those used in the CIA's MK-ULTRA program. In another example, Richard Dwyer, who appears to have worked for the CIA as a Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy, was present in Jonestown at various times, including at the Port Kaituma airstrip where an ambush killed numerous people including U.S. Congressman Leo Ryan who was investigating claims of abuse at the compound. Ryan was assaulted and stabbed earlier that afternoon but suffered only a very minor wound. Dwyer magically escaped the airstrip ambush uninjured. Jim Jones appears to have had other CIA connections as well. Fun fact: the saying, "don't drink the Kool-Aid", apparently originated as a result of the Jonestown Massacre although it was actually Flavor Aid which was used to create the cyanide-laced concoction.

Q: Did the government murder the Branch Davidians?

A: There is indeed no shortage of convincing evidence to support the theory that law enforcement started the fire and then used military snipers to murder some of those who attempted to escape the burning building, both from ground positions and a helicopter. Evidence also suggests that a shaped charge was used to murder the women and children who sought protection from the government's onslaught in the churches concrete vault. Authorities also destroyed, "lost", or buried crucial pieces of evidence, including the front door of the building, and allowed the refrigeration to be disabled on one of the unites used to store bodies in an apparent attempt to hinder accurate autopsy findings. Q: Is the federal income tax legit?
A: Not that i know of, however the judges in our corrupt legal system are quite happy to ignore and refuse the admittance of any evidence which challenges the IRS's alleged authority to extort money from the working class. By the way, the money collected by the IRS is not spent on the goods and services which most people assume it is.

Q: Was 9/11 an inside job?

A: Partially, sure, but Israel and Saudi Arabia were also key players. Fingerprints of the Israeli's are all over the attack, the most obvious evidence of which is the so-called "dancing Israeli's", the 5 of which are pictured above. These men, who had Mossad connections, were set up to photograph the attacks on the Twin Towers before the first plane struck.

Q: Did a plane hit the Pentagon on 9/11?
A: In addition to the recovered plane parts, DNA testing was used to identify the occupants of flight 77. More to the point, when one can explain how approximately 200 witnesses either saw a plane collide with the Pentagon, or saw it fly toward the building without continuing further, then perhaps the "no-planers", whose arguments are largely retarded, will gain some credibility.

Q: Was Flight 93 shot down?
A: Very likely. See my article on the subject, Confirmed by former commercial airline pilot: 9/11 Flight 93 was shot down, however there is a much more supporting evidence i didn't include in the article.

Q: Was TWA Flight 800 shot down?
A: TWA Flight 800 was likely shot down by the U.S. Navy, presumably during an exercise gone wrong, but i don't know this to be a fact.

Q: Did the Russians shoot down Gary Powers' U2 spy plane?
A: Very probably not. It appears the incident, in which Lee Oswald was involved after allegedly "defecting" to Russia, was a very secret and intentional transfer of technology, perhaps to keep the arms race going.

Q: Were the Wright brothers the first to fly?
A: No, Gustave Whitehead flew a motorized plane more than 2 years prior. More details over at wrongthink. Also see, First Flight: The Race to Create the World's First Flying Machine.

Q: What happened with the OKC bombing?

A: The story of the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City is a long and convoluted one which involves a lot of people, including the Clintons, as well as the U.S. military and intelligence community, and which crisscrosses the United States and Germany. In summary, Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols were absolutely not the only two people involved. Also the evidence suggests that it was not the Ryder truck bomb which brought down a large portion of the building, but rather explosive devices which were placed at strategic points inside the building, one or more of which failed to detonate. While i cannot be sure what the reason was for the bombing, the event was certainly used to push the U.S. government's gun control agenda and further curtail the rights of U.S. citizens in the name of "safety" and "security".

Q: Were multiple gunman involved in the 2017 Vegas mass shooting?
A: My research strongly indicates that there was a single shooter targeting the concert venue specifically and that person was located close to, or in, the north wing of Mandalay Bay. While i think we can safely assume that person was Stephen Craig Paddock, there is far more to the story which seems to clearly indicate advanced knowledge of the event.

Q: Is the CIA involved in drug trafficking?
A: Absolutely. CIA needs to fund its secret operations and facilitating drug trafficking is a great way to do that when the attention of the U.S. government is not desired. Bill Clinton was Governor of Arkansas during the Iran-Contra affair when the CIA was using an airport in Mena to illegally fly guns and supplies to the Contras and cocaine back to the U.S.. Hillary's Rose Law Firm was used in connection with these operations. There is no doubt whatsoever that Bill was aware of these activities and it is highly likely that Arkansas was chosen by the CIA because he was governor. Both Clintons flew to Epstein's "rape island" multiple times, therefore suggesting that Bill was a pedophile and, indeed, there is much more evidence to suggest that both Bill and Hillary were/are pedophiles. From Mena to Libya to Syria and beyond, there is entirely too much ground to cover regarding the criminal activities of the Clintons. Q: Is "Pizzagate" real?

A: Yes and no. Child trafficking, including for the purpose of sex, is a multi-billion dollar industry in the U.S. alone and has apparently reached epidemic proportions in Israel as well, which is hardly surprising. Pizzagate, at is core, is about the international child trafficking industry and the pedophiles, politicians and other powerful people and organizations involved, largely Jewish. The names include those of Bill and Hillary Clinton, Jeffry Epstein, Les Wexner, Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell, Jean Luc-Brunel, Harvey Weinstein, Allen Dershowitz, Donald Trump, Tony Podesta, John Podesta and many, many others. Unfortunately, as is always the case with such politically sensitive topics, the mainstream media turned Pizzagate into a "wild conspiracy theory" and attached to it a great deal of misinformation and disinformation, such as tunnels under James Alefantis' Comet Ping Pong pizza restaurant, while carefully ignoring the much larger story. For a brief introduction as to the facts of Pizzagate, listen to what Ben Swann had to say. Needless to say, Ben didn't last long in mainstream media after exposing only a tiny fragment of the facts. Q: Did we walk on the Moon?

A: Personally i cannot definitively prove that all 6 of the manned Apollo missions to the Moon were successful, however the massive volume of evidence, including documents and imagery captured by several nations other than the U.S. who have orbited the Moon and photographed a lot of the equipment left by NASA, including vehicles, science packages, descent stages, footprints, etc., clearly and strongly indicate that, yes, we walked on the Moon.

Q: Is the Earth flat?

A: Really?

Q: Do we live in a computer simulation?
A: Some scientists think so. Things get really weird once you enter the world of quantum science, suffice to say that nothing is as it seems. The "physical" world that we humans experience dissolves at the quantum level.

Q: Is oil a fossil fuel?
A: There is convincing evidence that oil is not a fossil fuel. Russian scientists have done a lot of work in this area and have provided much evidence to support the conclusion that oil is essentially a renewable resource formed deep within the Earth by or near its magma. That said, there are far better, cleaner and cheaper alternatives to burning oil, many of which have been suppressed.

Q: Is 'free energy' really a thing?
A: Many people have invented so-called free energy devices which might be better described as over-unity devices, meaning they produce more energy than they consume. Some of these devices harvest quantum energy which is everywhere all around us and throughout the universe. Scientists are well aware that this energy exists, but utilizing it has been described by the late Tom Bearden, inventor of the MEG, an over-unity device, as trying to extract the energy from a battery having only one terminal. Q: Is remote viewing real?
A: Absolutely, but it's not necessarily as sexy as it might sound, at least not Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) as was was practiced in the U.S. military. The U.S. "intelligence" apparatus dumped a lot of money into the remote viewing research that was conducted at Stanford Research Institute, now simply SRI due to a dispute with the school. Pat Price and Ingo Swann were two extraordinarily talented remote viewers, the latter of which discovered the ring around Jupiter (yes, i said Jupiter, not Saturn) 6 years before the NASA probe, Voyager I, photographed the feature in 1979. While the CIA states that the program was terminated due to a lack of positive results, it is far more likely that the program is still very active today. That said, remote viewing has its flaws and does not necessarily paint an accurate picture.

Q: Did the Egyptians build the pyramids?
A: There is a wealth of evidence that the pyramids were built by a civilization that predated the dynastic Egyptians. The Egyptians were prolific writers, yet to my knowledge there is no Egyptian writing anywhere in or on the 3 pyramids on the Giza Plateau, nor any mention of their construction. Did they just forget to take credit for such a gargantuan feat?

The idea that the stones could be cut, transported and placed using copper tools, pounding stones and primitive transport methods is simply untenable. There are also very apparent machining marks on various objects on the Giza Plateau which indicate that precision machines were used, perhaps resembling the computer driven milling machines we have today.

The real spike in the heart of the mainstream version of this history however, is the 10's of thousands of vases which are of a monumentally superior quality and precision than what the Egyptians were capable of manufacturing with their primitive tools. Even today, with modern CNC machines, it may not be possible to reproduce these objects to the same degree of precision, much less make them from extremely hard stone such as granite and dolorite which can be so thin that it allows light to pass through it. Q: Did Ed use anti-gravity technology to single-handedly build Coral Castle?

A: People love to inject a mystery where there clearly is none. The story is that Edward Leedskalnin built Coral Castle using some sort of secret anti-gravity technology, however he actually employed very traditional techniques to cut, transport and place the stones. To his credit, Ed was a very smart and supremely ambitious fella who constructed an amazing complex. Q: Was the hippy movement organic?
A: As with any political movement, the 60's hippy movement was certainly co-opted, if not created by elements in the U.S. "intelligence" community, and it was used, among other purposes, to marginalize those who were opposed to the war in Vietnam. The late Dave McGowan wrote a fascinating and compelling series of articles on the subject titled Inside The LC: The Strange but Mostly True Story of Laurel Canyon and the Birth of the Hippie Generation.

Q: Was there foreknowledge of the Japanese attack on Perl Harbor?
A: Absolutely. Japan was baited when the U.S. Navy war ships were moved to Perl, closer to Japan, absent the proper protection they would normally be afforded. There were many warnings of an impending attack and when the word was received by multiple sources that Japan had launched the attack, it was allowed to proceed. One reason for provoking the attack was to drum up support for a war which the vast majority of Americans wanted nothing to do with. War time is high time for defense contractors and the Jewish bankers who often finance both parties of a conflict. Q: Why did the U.S. lose the Vietnam war?
A: Because winning was never really a goal. The complete answer is more complex, part of which has to do with World War II generals attempting to fight a war of attrition against a very tough and determined guerrilla force in a jungle environment who could move among the general population at will. Corruption and cowardice among the ARVN also played a non-trivial role. Meanwhile the Vietnamese people apparently couldn't care less who was in power as long as they were free to grow their rice and feed their families, so there was little motive to support U.S. forces who burned their villages, raped their women and murdered and tortured their men. Lastly, let us not forget that the staged Gulf of Tonkin incident, which was used to garner support for American involvement in Vietnam, was a classic false-flag operation. The book, A Bright Shining Lie: John Paul Vann and America in Vietnam by Neil Sheehan, details some of the reasons why the U.S. failed in Vietnam, but fails to address the bigger picture. Q: Did the Titanic really sink?

A: The theory that the Titanic was swapped with its sister ship, the Olympic, in order to defraud the insurer due to irreparable damage suffered by the latter as a result of a collision with the HMS Hawk, simply doesn't hold water, pun intended. While some claim that switching the ships would have been trivial, this is a gross exaggeration, as is the amount of damage inflicted upon the Olympic. There were many minor and major differences between the two vessels, including obvious differences in their outer appearance such as the enclosed promenade deck on the Titanic.
