Israel launched a 'pre-emptive strike' against Iran
The Israeli Foreign Ministry believes that in the near future, Iran may use unmanned aerial vehicles and missiles to strike Israel and its civilian population.
At the same time, the army press service reported that the Israeli Home Front Command had changed its instructions to the population and imposed a ban on gatherings, business operations and educational activities.

The Israeli army on Saturday said that missiles launched from Iran were heading towards Israel, prompting sirens in several areas of the country.
"The public is requested to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command," it said. "At this time, the Israeli Air Force is operating to intercept and strike threats where necessary to remove the threat."

Iran's IRGC says the first wave of missile and drone attacks has been launched against Israel in response to attacks on Iran, Tasnim news agency has reported.
The report said that "two or more" explosions had been heard in Tehran.
The IRNA news agency also reported explosions were heard in the western and southern areas of Ilam city.
Moreover, air defence confrontations with "hostile targets" were continuing in the city centre and other parts of Tehran, Tasnim added.
