Since March 18, when the IDF resumed its offensive against Hamas in Gaza, the Houthis have launched 49 ballistic missiles and at least 11 suicide drones at Israel.
The latest Israeli strike on Yemen was the sixth to target the Houthis since last month. All previous attacks targeted civilian infrastructure in areas controlled by the group.
The Houthis have so far demonstrated a very high level of operational security, the best out of all Israel's foes in the Middle East. The group's military capabilities and senior commanders have survived hundreds of Israeli and American strikes this year. In addition, efforts to cut the group's supply lines have so far been a complete failure.

The intelligence chief of Iran's elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has been killed in an Israeli strike.
Brigadier General Mohammad Kazemi, head of the IRGC's Intelligence Organization, was "assassinated" along with two other intelligence officers, Hassan Mohaghdeh and Mohsen Bagheri, the Guards confirmed in a statement on Sunday evening.

The Harop is armed with a 16 kg high-explosive warhead. However, if the loitering munition doesn't find a target, it is designed to return to the launch point, meaning it can be recovered and reused.
While the Harop has an impressive endurance of six hours, its range, said to be 1,000 kilometers tops, is not enough to reach Zanjan from Israeli territories.
Iranian media speculated that the loitering munitions were being launched from neighboring Azerbaijan, a close ally of Israel. It is also possible that they were launched from Iraq's northern autonomous region of Kurdistan, where the Mossad spy agency is known to be very active.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced on June 15 that it had destroyed a refueling aircraft of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF) at Mashhad Airport in the northeast of Iran.
The military described the attack on Mashhad Airport, located some 2,300 kilometers away from Israel, as the "most distant strike since the beginning of the operation" in Iran.
"The Air Force is working to achieve air superiority throughout Iran," the military said in a brief statement.
Video footage from Mashhad showed a large fire rising from the airport. According to Iranian media, the airport's buildings and runway were not damaged.
The IRIAF possesses three KC-707 and three KC-747 refueling aircraft. It is unclear, however, how many of these aging aircraft are in an operational condition.

"All individuals currently present or expected to be present in or around military weapons manufacturing facilities and their supporting institutions must immediately evacuate these areas and not return until further notice," the IDF's Arabic-language spokesman, Col. Avichay Adraee, said in a Persian message on the X social network.
"Being near these facilities puts your life at risk," he added.
The IDF Persian-language spokesman Master Sgt. Kamal Penhasi issued the same warning on the military's Persian X account.
Overnight, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) attacked some 80 targets in Tehran, according to the IDF, which said that fuel depots, the Iranian defense ministry headquarters, the "headquarters of the SPND nuclear project," and other targets related to the Islamic Republic's nuclear program were hit.

The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) launched a fresh wave of missile and drone strikes against the Zionist regime.
