The apps I've identified range from innocuous image and video editing apps to casual games, and most users won't be aware they're installing Israeli products on their phones. Many of these app developers operate under the radar, their ownership structures are opaque and the identity of their owners isn't commonly known.
The identification of these apps should add another frontier to the boycott, divest, sanctions movement, as it provides a straightforward way for ordinary people to avoid Israeli products that contribute to apartheid, genocide and ethnic cleansing.

A bipartisan pair of lawmakers has proposed authorizing President Donald Trump to transfer B-2 stealth bombers and 30,000-pound "bunker buster" bombs to Israel if Iran is found to still be developing a nuclear weapon after last week's strikes.

Former Deputy Prime Minister of Palestine, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, rejected such calls, saying they would only contribute to destabilisation and would not bring security to anyone, Wafa News Agency reported on Wednesday.
Egypt also condemned the calls by the Likud party.

Entry visas will no longer be granted to those who "knowingly" and "publicly" called for a boycott of Israel; disseminated Holocaust denial content; denied the impact of the Hamas-led attacks on southern Israel on 7 October 2023; or "supported or publicised" initiatives to hold Israeli citizens or soldiers accountable in a non-Israeli court of law, according to the text.
Among the targeted organisations is the Hind Rajab Foundation, named after the five-year-old girl in Gaza who was killed by a spray of Israeli gunfire as she waited for first responders. She had spent hours inside a besieged vehicle as the only survivor among the dead bodies of her relatives.
The group has been instrumental in tracking down members of the Israeli military, using their social media accounts and alerting international governments as to their whereabouts so they may be apprehended.
According to the document, the Hind Rajab Foundation "has submitted complaints against soldiers in at least eight countries, and filed information with the International Criminal Court accusing over 1,000 soldiers and officers of war crimes in Gaza and Lebanon".

Citing sources in the war-torn territory, Al Jazeera reported that more than 30 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli strikes and attacks across Gaza since dawn on Wednesday.
Six people were killed and ten others, mostly children, were injured in a drone strike on tents sheltering displaced people in al-Mawasi, west of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, according to medical sources, the report added.
Despite being declared a safe zone by Israel in December 2023, al-Mawasi has been hit by repeated Israeli strikes.

Anadolu reporters documented the aftermath of the Israeli attack that struck Evin Prison in northern Tehran on June 23, one day before a ceasefire took effect.
In a statement issued six days after the attack, Asghar Jahangir, spokesman for Iran's judiciary, said the assault killed 71 people, including prison employees, soldiers, inmates, nearby residents, and families who had come to visit their loved ones.
The attack, which Iranian officials condemned as a barbaric act of state terrorism, was carried out with seven missiles launched from Israeli warplanes.
