Jew run SPLC funding terrorism; Israel expands borders, demands more war; US reruns failed attack plans; Hegseth's military deserves 'peace prize' - IRAN WAR NEWS - 24-Apr-2026 (update 2)

US "ACHIEVEMENTS" IN IRAN WAR:

  • Strait of Hormuz open: FAIL (Iran--not the US--briefly opened the strait, then closed it again on 18-Apr. due to US violation of the ceasefire)
  • US blockade of Strait of Hormuz: PARTIAL SUCCESS, if you want to call it that (US Navy cannot approach Iran coast without having more holes installed in their boats)
  • elimination of nuclear enrichment program: FAIL
  • elimination of nuclear weapon program: INAPPLICABLE (Iran is not seeking nuclear weapons, or at least they weren't prior to the US-Israel attack)
  • highly enriched uranium seized/transferred: FAIL
  • ballistic missile program eliminated: FAIL
  • navy eliminated: PARTIAL SUCCESS (best yet to come if US continues to FAFO)
  • air force eliminated: PARTIAL SUCCESS (destruction largely irrelevant)
  • regime change: PARTIAL SUCCESS, if you want to call it that (new ayatollah is less US-friendly than pop was)
  • US involved in selection of new ayatollah: FAIL
  • US regional bases fully operational: FAIL
  • US presence in Gulf states: COMPROMISED
  • threat to Israel eliminated: FAIL

Iran To Make One Last Offer For U.S.

President Donald Trump told Reuters on April 25 that Iran plans to make an offer aimed at resolving United States demands.

"They're making an offer and we'll have to see," Trump said during a phone interview.

His comments come as an Iranian delegation led by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad.

[...]

Leavitt reiterates that U.S. Vice President JD Vance is willing to go to Pakistan "if we feel it's a necessary use of his time." She also said that Trump has already decided to send his envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner "to hear the Iranians out."

"The Iranians want to talk. They want to talk in person," Leavitt said, stressing Trump is "always willing to give diplomacy a chance."

Responding to Leavitt, Iran's semi-officials Tasnim News Agency reported that "Iran has made no request for talks with the Americans and, on the contrary, has so far completely rejected U.S. requests for negotiations due to their excessive demands."

Still, some sort of indirect talks between the Iranian delegation led by Araghchi and Trump's envoys could take place in Islamabad.

The ongoing diplomatic push by Pakistan may very well be the last chance to broker an agreement between the U.S. and Iran.

The U.S. military, which currently has three carrier strike groups in the Middle East, is reported to be developing new battle plans to target Iran's capabilities in the Strait of Hormuz.

War Still Looms - Breaking Down Trump's Iran Move

Extend the ceasefire. Keep the blockade. Threaten new sanctions. Nothing about the U.S. approach to Iran adds up - and it may be pushing the situation toward a dangerous breaking point.

From failed negotiations to rising tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson explains why the conflict is far from over - and may be entering its most dangerous phase.

Big defeat to big lies: Trump peddles Iran discord fiction to mask US military, strategic

After 40 days of failed military adventure against the Islamic Republic of Iran, followed by the diplomatic debacle in Islamabad with Iran calling the shots, a new reality is settling over the region, one that Washington is desperately trying to obscure.

The US war machine not only failed to achieve its stated objectives - a widely acknowledged reality - but it also suffered its most significant military and strategic defeat in decades.

And now, unable to accept that reality, it has fallen back on its oldest weapon: the "big lie."

Mearsheimer: Trump has 'no military option' and must end war on Iran quickly or risk recession

Internationally renowned analyst Professor John Mearsheimer has stated that US President Donald Trump has "no military option" and must end the war of aggression on Iran quickly to avoid triggering a recession.

Speaking on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Thursday, Mearsheimer warned that the international economy is already in deep trouble.

"If things get worse, President Trump will be in even more trouble. And I think this is the principal reason that he decided to extend the ceasefire instead of going back to bombing Iran," he said.

Mearsheimer explained that Iran would respond forcefully to any resumption of hostilities.

"President Trump understands full well that if he bombs Iran, Iran will retaliate by completely closing the Strait of Hormuz and shutting down the Red Sea as well.

U.S. Developing Attack Plans Targeting Hormuz With Three Carriers

According to CNN, the Pentagon is reviewing several attack plans, including an option that would include strikes against Iranian targets around the Strait of Hormuz, the southern Arabian Gulf, and the Gulf of Oman.

Another plan proposed by U.S. military officials is to target the Iranian military leaders believed to be blocking negotiations for a permanent end to the war.

CNN also reported that the U.S. could also resume launching strikes on Iran's remaining military capabilities, including its missile stockpiles and launchers.

Draft officers run over mother of forcibly mobilized Ukrainian man (VIDEO) - RT Russia & Former Soviet Union

12bytes: Yesterday a conscription officer threw a prospective draftee off a rooftop. Ukraine is risking civil war while more and more military arms are entering the civilian population due to deserters, and there are a lot of them.

Ukrainian conscription officers in Lviv have run over a woman as she desperately tried to prevent the forced mobilization of her son, local news outlets reported on Thursday, citing eyewitness video circulating on social media.

The incident comes as Kiev faces growing domestic and international criticism over increasingly aggressive conscription tactics adopted amid escalating manpower shortages and mounting battlefield losses in the conflict with Russia.

[...]

In recent weeks, local media have reported a rise in such incidents. In April alone, footage showed several separate events in Odessa, including pepper spray being used on a woman trying to prevent the mobilization of a man, the violent seizure and beating of an unwilling conscript, and an attack on a 16-year-old boy by draft officers.

In another widely shared video, a man is seen resisting several conscription officers with a metal chain, forcing them to withdraw and leave the scene.

Physical confrontations and tense altercations between draft officials and the public have recently led to violence against officers. Earlier this month, two conscription officers were stabbed by a passerby in Vinnytsia after a document check, while another draft officer was fatally stabbed in Lviv.
