KDE cursor theme not applied in Firefox?

In my case the mouse cursor theme i selected in KDE settings did not carry over to Firefox. Pretty sure this started with Firefox v123. I found a fix for the problem on reddit.

In /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme (try creating the file if it doesn't exist):

[Icon Theme]
Inherits=breeze_cursors

...where breeze_cursors is your preferred cursor theme.

Restart Firefox.
