U.S.-Israel-Iran situation continues to heat up
Trump Says Strike On Iran Could Very Well Happen | South Front
United States President Donald Trump said on June 12 that Israel may attack Iran's nuclear facilities, but that Tehran can avoid conflict by agreeing to a deal offered by Washington.
"I don't want to say imminent, but it looks like it's something that could very well happen,"
Trump told reporters when asked if Israel will attack Iran.
Still, Trump called on Israel not to attack Iran. He also stressed that a deal on Tehran's nuclear program remains within reach.
"We are fairly close to a pretty good agreement," Trump said. "I don't want them [Israel] going in, because I think it would blow it."
"love to avoid the conflict," the U.S. President continued.
"Iran's going to have to negotiate a little bit tougher, meaning they're going to have to give us something they're not willing to give us right now," he added.
Earlier in the day, U.S. news outlet NBC reported that Israel is considering launching an attack on Iran in the coming days, even though Washington is unlikely to support the move. A separate report from CBS said that U.S. officials have been told Israel is "fully ready to launch an operation into Iran."

The U.S. appears to be in disagreement with Israel on how to proceed with Iran. However, the reality is likely very different.
Washington's recent moves, including the ongoing limited evacuation, suggest that it is well aware of the Israeli plans to attack Iran. Trump is now using this threat to pressure Tehran into a more favorable nuclear deal, one that is unlikely to allow for any enrichment of uranium in the Islamic Republic.
Trump and the CIA know full-well that Iran is not currently seeking nuclear weapons and that Iran will not surrender its sovereignty under pressure from the U.S.. In other words, Trump and his pumpkin heads in charge are pushing for a deal they know Iran will never agree to, thus they are purposely and knowingly escalating the situation and risking, at the very least, a larger regional war that could easily transform into a global catastrophe, possibly of a nuclear variety.

Iran will definitely reconsider level of cooperation with UN nuclear agency, says AEOI spox
Iran's cooperation with the IAEA, Behrouz Kamalvandi said, has been extensive and matchless.
"Among the 32 countries that have Safeguards agreements with the IAEA, Iran alone accounts for 72% of inspections. Overall, 22 percent of the Agency's inspections worldwide are carried out in our country," he said.
He warned that this level of cooperation is under consideration. "We will definitely review continuing at this level as our goodwill has not been answered back."

Unpacking IAEA's anti-Iran resolution, political motives, fallout and the road ahead
The politically motivated resolution passed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors in Vienna early on Thursday underscores the UN nuclear watchdog's longstanding bias against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The resolution, pushed by the European troika and backed by the United States, has already prompted strong condemnations from Iran and led to announcements of a new nuclear facility and upgradation of centrifuges to an advanced level at the Fordow nuclear plant.
It marks the first time in nearly two decades that the UN agency has formally accused Iran of allegedly breaching its obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
Secret documents seized by Iran expose IAEA chiefs close cooperation with Israel
Thousands of sensitive documents on Israel's nuclear program recently obtained by the Iranian intelligence reveal direct cooperation between Tel Aviv and the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, against Iran.
Iran's Arabic-language television news network al-Alam TV said in a report on Thursday that leaked documents revealed a major intelligence breakthrough against the Israeli regime.
The newly released documents show that the IAEA chief has been closely cooperating with Israeli officials and has carried out their directives and orders in full, the report said.
