What a BEAUTIFUL sight!

I'm putting aside for the moment the Big Picture and the stupidity of war in order to allow myself to revel in the moment, a moment i thought i'd never see!

On the night of October 1st, 2024, Iran launched a salvo of approximately 180 missiles on Is-Ra-Hell in retaliation for Israel's assassination of Hezbollah's leader, Hassan Nasrallah, Hamas's political leader, Ismail Haniyeh, and an Iranian commander. Unlike Israel which has wantonly slaughtered anyone who isn't "Gods chosen people" for the past year, and continues to do so until this very hour, Iran showed great restraint and intelligence in their retaliatory response. They targeted military installations almost exclusively and conducted the attack at night after warning Israel of its intentions. As a result the total number of Israeli casualties is apparently 1, possibly 2.

Netanyahu, the psychotic, psychopathic, barbaric, genocidal festering sack of lying shit he is, made the ludicrous claim that Israel's Iron Dome missile defense system was able to take out virtually all of the incoming Iranian weapons while, simultaneously, videos posted to the web told a very different story. Iran estimated that ~80% of its missiles hit their targets and, as you'll see in a minute, that appears to be reasonably accurate. The fact is, Israel's Iron Dome was never designed to handle a large salvo of medium/long range missiles and so the system became saturated. Even more embarrassing for the terrorist thugs running the Jewish State, the vast bulk of the missiles Iran chose to use are of an older and slower variety and not the hyper-sonic missiles which Iron Dome is incapable of stopping with any degree of confidence and of which Iran apparently has a very large number of. Israel will discover this in spades should its filthy stinking pig of a prime minister decide to re-retaliate.

I've been watching these events unfold and have seen several of the videos of Iran's missiles hitting Israeli military targets, but there is something really special and satisfying about Syrian Girl Partisan's compilation which includes a very fitting music track.
