What the hell is a 'Thunderstorm Generator' (and why you want one)???
Malcolm Bendall is a very interesting character. I'm not well versed in his history, but basically, as i recall, he invented some sort of novel energy production technology that got him in a lot of trouble and resulted in the 'powers that be' wanting to do bad things to him, so he sort of dropped the idea, moved to an island where he felt secure, then sort of reworked the technology so it could be released, fully open source, in such a way as to be less upsetting to the status quo. His new invention is called the 'Thunderstorm Generator' which is a device that can be retrofitted to basically anything that emits heat and carbon, such as any internal combustion engine, chimneys, coal plants, etc.. Its purpose is many-fold, including dramatically increasing fuel efficiency, reducing or eliminating pollutants and producing oxygen. Using a small engine such as those found in portable gas electricity generators as an example, the thing can increase fuel efficiency by up to 64%, reduce carbon monoxide by 99.9% and increase oxygen output by more than 1000%. In other words, as has already been done multiple times, you can retrofit a gasoline powered engine and remain in a closed room indefinitely with the thing running without suffering any ill effects.
The Thunderstorm Generator is not yet another scam. Its capabilities have been scientifically verified by several labs and independent tests and it is in the process of being mass-produced and, again, it is fully open source. While 2 of its 3 major components can be constructed very cheaply by anyone with a few hand tools, the actual plasmoid generator requires great accuracy and the skill of a very good welder. Kits are either currently available in small quantities or will be shortly.

There are two parts of the video which are extremely interesting, however i was personally rather disappointed that this information was included because i think these two additional applications may paint an even bigger target on Bendall's back which again makes the open-sourcing of this technology absolutely crucial should Bendall decide to ... oh, i dunno ... maybe shoot himself ... in the back of the head ... twice. Those two aspects of the technology are, 1) it can apparently be used to manufacture the first 32 elements on the elemental chart and 2) the technology is in no way limited to internal combustion engines or power plants. Bendall is apparently in a position to pick up where Tesla left off regarding free, wireless energy delivery.
