Trump blinks, holds off on Iran (update 1/19)

Mohsen Rezaei, a member of the Iranian Council for the Protection of Regime Interests, threatened: "If we fall into the cycle of war, serious problems will arise for the United States. No American base will be safe, and there will be no more ceasefires. Our military commanders have their fingers on the trigger. We will respond with a devastating blow if the enemy acts."

I'm confused. I swore i heard somewhere that Trumpstien "obliterated" Iran's nuclear program in June of last year. Didn't he say that? So why another proposed attack upon Iran then? Is it to re-obliterate their [non-existent] nukes? OHHHH, wait, i am SO sorry! This time it's not about nuclear weapons, it's about coming to the rescue of the Iranian people ... by bombing them of course! You know, if i didn't know any better i'd almost suspect that the Israel-U.S. aggression toward Iran has nothing to do with nuclear weapons.

Okay, stupidity aside, let's dig into this a little deeper.

Despite enormous political pressure in the US, coupled with Donald Trump's own bombastic rhetoric, the anticipated Wednesday attack on Iran was called off at the last minute. According to media reports, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey refused to give the US clearance to use their air space to launch the attack own Iran. There also are reports that Russia played a behind the scenes role in securing guarantees that Israel and Iran would not attack each other.

But I think there is another reason... The joint-CIA/Mossad operation to destabilize the Iranian government and military, which was launched on December 28, had failed.

The Jewish-Zionist terrorists in Israel have warned for decades that Iran is developing "the bomb" and if nothing is done to stop these maniacs, they'll have a nuclear weapon in a couple of decades years months weeks days, therefore "we", "we" being the United States of course, MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO STOP THEM ELSE THE WHOLE WORLD RISKS NUCLEAR ARMAGEDDON!!! Of course the entire time Netanyahu was spouting this Zionist gibberish, he knew full well that Iran doesn't want to develop the bomb as doing so would violate the fatwa (religious law) that prohibits developing nuclear weapons. If Iran wanted the bomb, they'd have the bomb, but they don't and this was confirmed, yet again, last year by a U.S. intelligence report. Oops.

There are multiple reasons why Israel and the U.S. want regime change in Iran and i don't pretend to know all of them, but certainly one is oil and other natural resources (i wonder how much silver I ran has in its vaults?). Another is Iran coming to the defense of those pesky Palestinians who are in the way of "God's chosen people" and their Greater Israel Project and are thus being slaughtered by Israel with its U.S. supplied weapons, a practice which began in 1948 and which continues to this very day despite there being a "cease fire" agreement between Israel and Palestine (Israel doesn't do cease-fires, never has).

And another reason is that Iran possesses the military capability through its massive stockpiles of advanced missiles, including those of the unstoppable hyper-sonic variety, to transform Israel into a desolate wasteland if it wanted to, kinda like the Israeli's have done to Gaza. The problem is that Israel obviously can't beat Iran in a conventional war as the world clearly witnessed last year when Iran penetrated their so-called "Iron Dome" air defense system as though it was soggy toilet paper, and so Israel, using its influence in the U.S. government, has recruited the U.S. to do the job, as it always does.

The demented Zionists in Trump's administration are absolutely determined to overthrow Iran's government and turn the country into another vassal state of the great United States of Israel. I'm genuinely concerned for the health of poor ol' Lindsey Graham who is salivating and jumping up and down so hard at the prospect of blowing up Iran that i think he might have a well deserved heart attack. The problem is that the U.S. military just isn't up to the task. It got its ass kicked in the Red Sea by Yemen's Houthis, not once, but twice, and lost 2 expensive fighter jets in addition to damage to the fleet.

The latest plan for overthrowing Iran was to turn the people against their government, the same as the U.S. just attempted to do in Venezuela and the same as it has done so many times in so many countries throughout history. This involved leveraging the people's grievances with Iran's economic situation by using U.S. and Israel intelligence assets in order to invoke a violent revolution. This has now failed, a result that should have been anticipated had the U.S./Israel payed attention to how the Iranian people rallied around their government during the 12 day war, including many of those who have grievances with their government.

You've seen it everywhere: "2,000 protesters killed, activists say." But who are these activists? HRANA, CHRI, Boroumand, Tavaana, all US‑based, heavily funded by the US government, among others, and promoting regime-change agendas in Iran.

When mainstream media repeats their claims as fact, it's not human rights reporting; it's a marketplace for political influence. Ask: Which activists? Funded by whom? Serving what agenda?

The cartoon-level horseshit emanating out of Washington is that the United States is so terribly concerned with the lives of the poor Iranian people as a result of the violent riots that were amplified, and perhaps even instigated by the U.S. and Israel, that the benevolent U.S. would be ethically compelled to come to their rescue ... by bombing them some more if the Iranian government didn't stop killing the rioters, meaning the CIA/Mossad assets that were instigating the violence.

Iran of course figured out that the riots were being orchestrated remotely by foreign state actors and that one of the methods they were using to communicate with the ring leaders was Elon Musk's Starlink satellite system and so Iran somehow put an end to those communications. Low and behold, the riots died down very quickly and were followed up by millions of Iranians again rallying in support of their government, just as they had during the 12 day war when they were attacked by Israel and the United States. And this is where Trump blinks.

It seems the quelling of the riots, for the most part anyway, presented a problem for Trump who was apparently convinced by his Zionist handlers that their coup attempt would succeed. Either that, or perhaps he was blackmailed to initiate another military campaign against Iran because of what the Epstein documents hold about his association with his former buddy who we now know was far more intimate and frequent than the government's mouthpieces will admit. Whatever the case, Trump has apparently decided to use the excuse that Iran stopped the persecution of the rioters in order to chicken out of attacking Iran, at least for the time being.

What is interesting to me here is that Iran had apparently scheduled public executions of the riot ring leaders to occur today (or was it yesterday?) and they chose instead to scrap that idea. In other words, it seems Iran may be the one playing 5D chess here; they know damn well there's no stopping the U.S./Israel aggression, but they may have leveraged Trump's excuse for attacking Iran by agreeing to halt the execution of the ring leaders and, by doing so, they left the U.S. with no reason to move forward with the attack, but that's only the half of it. The U.S. and Israel will obviously not abandon their efforts to overthrow the sovereign nation of Iran and i don't expect Trump's hesitation to last, but when the threat of war reemerges, the U.S. will be further embarrassed in the eyes of the world because they'll have to invent yet another excuse and if that means recirculating the nuclear weapon garbage, that would still make Trump look like the Zionist pussy he is since he bragged about that job already having been done.

It seems to me that someone, somewhere, perhaps in the Pentagon, knows that the U.S. cannot defeat Iran and that's the real reason for Trump putting his tail between his legs, but cooler heads are not expected to prevail in the long run.

All recent reports indicate that Israel will not be taking part in a U.S. attack on Iran. One report by The Washington Post even revealed that days before protests erupted in Iran, Israel and the Islamic Republic used Russian mediation to agree on avoiding preemptive attacks.
